Pre-Ordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Pre-Order for a full refund to method of payment please do so prior to shipment announcement on our website

For Returns on Pre-Order, you have 15 days from the day that you received the Order - not the date on the original invoice as, this is the Order date.
The date listed on the Pre-Order page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update then we do not have further information at this time.
We do our very best to communicate all details for Pre-Order on the Product page as there are usually hundreds of orders for each style and it is not possible to contact everyone individually.

Our Pre-Order Items are best selling Shipwreck Ltd. pieces that have previously been in stock and sold out multiple times.
Pre-Orders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item.
We want you mermaids & sailors to love what you ordered, but we understand if things don't work out. Due to our store & staff size, we are currently unable to offer free returns domestically and we are unable to process returns internationally at this time.
Returns cost $5.95, which will be deducted from your refund amount, or you can use your own shipping method at your own cost.
We do not refund original shipping costs.
Exchanges are free
Online returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date. Orders will be refunded to original form of payment or store credit, less shipping costs, once received and inspected by us.
We are not responsible for losses or damages occurred in return shipping.
