We want you mermaids & sailors to love what you ordered, but we understand if things don't work out. Due to our store & staff size, we are currently unable to offer free returns domestically and we are unable to process returns internationally at this time.
  • Returns cost $5.95, which will be deducted from your refund amount, or you can use your own shipping method at your own cost.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are free

Online returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date. Orders will be refunded to original form of payment or store credit, less shipping costs, once received and inspected by us.

We are not responsible for losses or damages occurred in return shipping.

Return Policy

  • Returns can be exchanged for another item/s or refunded to store credit or original form of payment.
  • All swimwear sales are FINAL.
  • Merchandise purchased in store must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Refunds to store credit or exchanges only for in store purchases.
  • Merchandise purchased online must be returned within 15 days of the shipping date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and free of makeup and self tanner, or any other stains.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Shipwreck Ltd hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale” or “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Hair accessories, hats, earrings, lip & skincare, suncare, swimwear, and intimates cannot be returned.
  • Sunglasses are subject to thorough inspection before being sent out, and we will not ship them out with damages or defects. They will be properly packaged, and we require that any sunglass returns be sent back in the exact same condition. Returns are subject to extensive inspection before exchange or store credit ONLY. For any issues with warranties, please contact the manufacturer.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox and/or in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • For any returns, please use a trackable and insured shipping method if shipping on your own. If you would like a return label sent to you, please note that in your return request. The $5.95 fee for a return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

    Exchanges of Web Purchases
    Merchandise exchanges can be made within 15 days of the shipping date of the original order. There is no cost to exchange items.  Before sending your exchange, please indicate the type of exchange you'd like to make, via the return form above. Once you've requested an exchange, we will email you when your new order has been processed. Your new order will ship using our Standard ship method, typically USPS first class mail. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances you will be refunded a store credit. If you indicate that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specify on the packing list. You may also exchange your item(s) at any of our US store locations.

    Store Credit
  • Store Credit issued to your email can only be used online at our website, shipwreckltd.com.
  • Store credit issued at our physical locations can only be used in store.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our terms of use.
